Birth Preparation Circle

This is an extended session for expectant mothers and their birth partners to jointly explore breath, sound, and movement at different stages of birth. Emma will hold a space for practice, reflection, and discussion to support your transition into motherhood. It will include:

  • An overview of the main stages of birth.

  • Breath techniques, postures and movement at these different stages.

  • Closing guided relaxation.

  • Written overview of session content along with signposting to other useful resources.

For who: any expectant mother and their birth partner. If your birth partner is unable to attend or you prefer to attend alone you are very welcome. It may feel more relevant to those in their third trimester but also open to those later in their second trimester.

What to bring: there will be access to the yoga studios props but it also helpful to bring a scarf, eye mask or eye pillow, birthing ball (if you have one).

Investment: £50 (for you and your birth partner).
