We all have different body types, interests and motivations but it is important for all of us to move, explore and play. 

Modern, stress driven and largely sedentary lifestyles have greatly influenced our relationship with physical activity.  Some people find it difficult to prioritize any exercise in to their demanding daily routine. Others seek an escape with high intensity workouts, forcing their body from one stressful state in work to another in the gym. Few find that sweet balance of energizing, fun and stimulating activity without extreme exhaustion. 

Together let’s take a measured approach to exercise, focusing on nourishment rather than pushing the limits to burn out.
